PDQ Meals

PDQ Meals allows you make comfort dishes Pretty Darn Quick with our assortment of gourmet mixes including 20 minute casseroles, soups, chicken salads, dips, cracker seasonings, instant gourmet coffees, teas & cocoas.  All of our mixes are my recipes and born from my love to cook but not be in the kitchen all day.  We make casseroles including King Ranch, Chicken Pot Pie, Creamy Tuscan, Sour Cream Enchilada, Old San Antone, Chicken Tortilla, Alfredo, Gumbo, Red Beans & Rice, Deep Dish Pizza, Chicken Bacon Ranch, Cattle Drive Corn Chip.  All of our casseroles come in two sizes a 9X13 that feeds six to eight people, and our Junior 9X9 that feeds three to four people.  We also make soups Twice Baked Potato, Chicken Enchilada, Queso, Creamy Green Chili, & Campfire Stew.  Our chicken salads you simply add two cans of chicken (or if you prefer you can use rotisserie chicken) sour cream & mayo.  The most popular chicken salads are Hey Y’all & Dang Good.  We also created a line of instant gourmet coffees, teas, & cocoas all of which you just mix with hot water.  You can also blend all of our drinks in the blender to make frozen concoctions or simply serve them cold over ice as well.  Our top sellers in our coffees is Southern Pecan, Texas Snowflake, Caramel Sea Salt.  PDQ Meals instant teas are spectacular with Peach Tea, Spiced Green Tea, Raspberry Tea & Vanilla Bean Chai Tea being amongst our top sellers.
